News
August 19, 2019: We started the LinkedIn page for
the Foundation.
August 7, 2019: The money donated to
Caellah's memorial fund becomes the seed money for the Foundation.
August 1, 2019: Caellah's Foundation has a preliminary meeting to
begin operations in the UNC Children's Hospital and in the clinics.
July 30, 2019: Caellah's Foundation is given 501(c)(3) status by the IRS
retroactive to July 16, 2019.
July 16, 2019: Caellah's Foundation Inc is officially incorporated with
the state of North Carolina.
Caellah's Foundation is an approved 501(c)(3) charity with the IRS. All donations are fully deductible to the extent of the law. See your tax advisor for guidance on deductibility.
