About Us

Caellah's Foundation in a not-for-profit organization organized under the laws of the state of North Carolina.  The IRS has granted 501(c)(3) status so that the organization is recognized as a charitable organization and so that donations are fully tax deductible.  The CEO is Laverne Allison, mother to Caellah, who has a passion to meet the needs of other families with complex medical children.  The CFO is Jerry Allison, a licensed CPA in the state of North Carolina.  If you would like to contact us by email, please email admin@caellahsfoundation.org.
